Lemon | Lemon Lady

This Modern expressionist piece is born from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 24th, 2022. On the news, I see the strength of Ukrainian women moving their children out of their home land, now a war zone. Imagining my own two children’s fatigue, questions, and terror if I told them we had to leave our home, or die. As millions of Ukraines face difficult days and nights, I pray for them because there but for the grace of God go all of us.
